· Short Meditation · Introduction to the ancient Hawaiian concept of Hoponopono (correction) · Practical day-to-day uses to create an individual’s reality full of love and harmony by using forgiveness, gratefulness and reconciliation tools · Self-messages to clean the past and reprogram for happiness (each participant) · Talk to another participant as a vehicle of cleansing a hurt (interactive) · Suggestion: Blank T-shirt or cup to write their messages (each participant) · Handout information

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
