Service Description
Stress is now recognised as a major factor in many physical and mental problems. Stress creates a negative chemical change in our brain that could cause mental issues such as anxiety and depression. However, it can also affect people physically in the form of heart disease, back pain and alcohol and drug dependency. Although as many as 60% of visits to the doctor are attributed to stress problems, currently, many people are favouring a non-medical holistic approach to coping, recover and manage stress. At the sessions and workshops, we work together to identify the “root causes” of your stress, measure your stress levels, and provide you with practical support and techniques that will help you manage stress effectively, in order to de-stress both the mind and the body, and improve your sense of well-being. No prior experience required.

Cancellation Policy
Please note that we require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation. If you give us notice within 24 hours of your appointment time there will be a charge of 50% of the treatment cost. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice there will be a charge of 100% of the treatment cost. Thank you for your understanding.
