MIND EMPOWERING THERAPIES

Where thoughts go, energy goes. There is nothing else here besides energy. Thoughts create form. Moderate your thoughts because they affect the entire energy field.  Experiences are a direct reflection of your thoughts.

Thinking patterns cause symptoms by creating an altered image of the world and how people perceive their place within it. This can cause feelings of anxiety, depression, frustration, anger and inappropriate actions and behaviours. The process of using these combined therapies helps remove the connection between negative situations and repetitive habitual reactions to them.

The main reasons why people consult a coach, NLP or CBT practitioner are: personal growth and development, improved communicational skills, abandonment issues, anger management, interrelationship issues, obsessive compulsive disorder – (OCD), panic attacks, poor self-esteem, phobias and self-harming.

In my sessions, I like to combine these 3 well-known therapies which deal with the “here and now”: Life Coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I use this holistic combined approach, customized to each individual client, to achieve the best possible results.

 

Unlike many of the other conversational treatments, these therapies focus on current problems and issues and not with past events. Therefore, instead of focussing on the possible causes and reasons for unhappiness and dissatisfaction stemming from the past, it looks for ways to improve the client’s state of mind in the present and for the future.

To complement and enhance the results of the “talking therapies” I like to add Meridian Psychotherapy, if my clients like to choose this additional technique, which I explain in the first consultation session.
